About Me
I am a full member of the Chartered Institute of Highways and Transportation and of the Transport Planning Society with over 30 year's experience in the field of transport planning. My aim is to provide expert advice and technical support to developers, planners, architects and the public sector across a number of land use sectors, including residential, commercial, retail and infrastructure. Although based on the Isle of Wight, I work on projects not only on the Island and the South Coast but across the UK and occasionally beyond. ​​

Although well versed in traffic engineering and transport modelling, my area of expertise lies in development planning. The range of Transport Planning services I am able to provide is vast and all encompassing but, as an independent consultant, I pride myself on being involved throughout all stages of your project; from the initial site appraisal stages through to planning and implementation.

Building on my extensive experience of preparing technical and planning application material and of undertaking post-submission negotiations with local authorities, I have guided clients and design teams on a wide range of planning and statutory procedures. With access to the latest industry software, including junction models, CAD and vehicle tracking, my services extend to all areas relating to transport assessments, design and highway engineering matters.

Alongside my own commissions, I also frequently support other transport planning consultancies and local highway authorities by providing specialist transport planning resources in both the private and public sectors.
